Echo looks into the continuity and repercussions of nine public art projects displayed over two decades on the US-Mexico border as part of an event called inSite.

Las Marthas (66mins.) Directed by Cristina Ibarra

This documentary film follows two Mexican American debutantes portraying Colonial heroines at an annual pageant for George Washington on the US/MX border.

Synposis: Santo, a hero wrestler, helps a professor and his beautiful niece find a clue to a treasure that will be used to help local children. The clue is a medallion worn by a mummy in a cave, known as "The Crying Woman". The mummy soon comes to life and terrorizes the locals to get her medallion back. Meanwhile, Santo has to fight off a gangster and his band of thugs.
